I am the founder and perfumer behind Wild Self — a small, independent atelier crafting perfumes that embrace individuality, memory and the natural world.

My work is guided by a belief that scent is more than decoration: it is a language that speaks to mood, place and identity. Each composition is made to invite personal discovery rather than dictate definition.

My training blends formal study in fragrance formulation with hands-on exploration of botanicals, distillation and traditional perfume techniques. I source many ingredients directly from growers and ethical suppliers, favouring wild-harvested and naturally derived materials, and combining them with precisely chosen synthetic accords to achieve depth, longevity and clarity. The result is a restrained, modern aesthetic — perfumes that are refined, wearable and quietly expressive.

Making perfume for me is an intimate process. I work in small batches in my studio on the south western coast of Australia, crafting, blending, ageing and refining each scent until it feels complete. I design with restraint: layers that reveal themselves slowly, textures that change with the skin and time, and compositions that encourage repeated discovery.

Wild Self is for people who prefer nuance over loudness. For those who carry a memory, curiosity or a place within them and want scent to echo it rather than announce it. I make limited-edition collections alongside a core range, and each bottle is finished by hand to reflect the artisanal care behind it.
